Great food and service. Love their Greek Salad!

Was routed into the restaurant due to an accident on Haggerty Road, food and wait staff really good also has a nice little bar and golf course will definitely be coming back.

5 stars, not for service or speed of, but for good plates. This place is kind of a hidden gem and not really seen from the road. Very popular with locals and an elderly crowd... For Coney Island food, you can't beat it. Delicious gyro with copious amounts of tasty meat and well made. Wings are perfect... So far everything has been good.Depedning on time of day and what server you get, he/she may be slow and then you need to just walk up to counter and get your bill. It can get pretty busy and staff get caught up. Great food and Best Coney placr to eat near North West Livonia.

The owner is a real nice person. If the food was even half as good as he is friendly it would be outstanding. I've been here 3 times and it's always the same. Meet and greet, mediocre food at best. The old woman behind the counter couldn't be more insincere, thanks-bye Cleanliness was some thing that really needed work. I know it's a "Coney" but still cleaning the windows and floor of any restaurant is just some thing that should be noticeably done. 1. Food 🌟🌟 2. Cleanliness 🌟🌟 barely 3. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone very good service. Very clean food was very good came to the table hot. And scenery is beautiful.

The front room is FULLLLLLLL OF GNATS. They need to debug REAL BAD.

I have to say, the food was really good, but the cost a bit higher than i expected. I could simply say you get what you pay for, but I've had really good for less. Overall a good experience.

George's Senate Restaurant has a cozy, comfortable feeling to it and the wait staff is a great part of that. Our family group was at least 20 people and every one of us received a warm welcome and attentiveness from the staff. I enjoyed the Lemon Chicken soup and the shrimp dinner and my teacup was never empty or cold. We all had a terrific time and appreciated how well George's Senate Restaurant took care of us!

I'm sorry to say I don't think the food was as good as other Greek restaurants in the area. Detroit is blessed with many Greek restaurants so we have many to choose from. I know a lot of people think this is the best but the food was dry and didn't have have the flavor I'm used to. I've eaten here 3 times and had similar experiences. That being said, the waitress was excellent.

The food is always great here. Totally packed today due to a shower occupying half the restaurant. Despite that, the service was good and the food came out fast as always.

They hosted a family after a funeral. The staff were very nice and attentive. The food was delicious for my whole family. The kids really enjoyed the friendly waitress. This was my first time at the restaurant. We will be back.

I’ve eaten at this place several times, and gotten “to go” several times as well. The food is good. This review is not about the food. This review is about safety. I walked in and three employees (including George himself) were not wearing masks, and this is after the mask mandate. When I confronted them, I was given excuses. George said he has sleep apnea (he was not sleeping at the time of our conversation. The other woman standing beside him, looking shocked, said she just got in. I too just walked in the door, and was wearing a mask. Then the cook walked by, unmasked. I left without my food. If the owner isn’t wearing a mask, and the cook isn’t wearing a mask, what other rules for public safety or food sanitation are they violating, or don’t think apply to them?

As with all the other Senate Coney Islands, this is exceptional. Great views of the Golf course. Service is very good.

My family and I have often enjoyed a meal together at George's Senate Restaurant. The Greek food is authentic and flavorful, and the menu provides plenty of variety. The view of the golf course makes any meal an enjoyable treat.

A group of us from grade school and Jr high meet here every other month for brunch. It can handle it in the runner when the crowd is bigger and when the snowbirds are away in the winter were good then too! Lots of choices not to expensive.

Breakfast on the outdoor patio overlooking Bushwood Golf course is an incredible relaxing experience. My son's bring me here every Father's Day although my visits to George's Senate are not limited to this once a year tradition. Always a satisfying and memorable dining experience any time of the year.

One of our favorite coneys in Northville!! Food is always good. Large menu. Outside seating in warmer weather overlooks the golf course. Omelettes, gyros & Greek salad are our favorites! OPA! 🔥

The food was actually a little below average for a Detroit Area Coney Island. The prices were slightly above average. The only real miss was the rice pudding. Instead of being rich and creamy with vanilla flavor, it was very sweet and not creamy.

Love this place have been eating here for 20 years. George is the best Food allergy friendly.

My daughter has celiac disease, George's has gluten free pancakes and she was so happy to discover this. Georges staff is so friendly

I love this restaurant! They have beautiful outdoor seating, and I love their salads especially their own in house made dressing!

The food is delicious, and the price is reasonable. The nice quiet atmosphere, has a small town feel.
